The office needed to support a large and expanding team without losing the informality and exchange that drive an agency culture. Alongside everyday workstations and meeting spaces, the programme required a town hall, full kitchen, wellness room and flexible showroom capable of adapting to events, technology demonstrations and livestreaming.

The plan uses the scale of the floorplate to create a varied working landscape rather than one continuous open office. Multiple breakout areas support brainstorming and informal meetings, while a central pantry and town hall combine a bar, full kitchen and gathering space for the wider team. A dedicated wellness room provides a quiet place for meditation, yoga and recharging, and also supports nursing mothers during the day. The flexible showroom is designed to change with the agency’s needs, accommodating events and live digital content without becoming a fixed presentation space. Throughout, the workplace balances professional client-facing areas with warmer, more relaxed settings for staff.

The headquarters gives Gusto Luxe room to grow while making employee experience part of the business environment. Work, wellbeing, hospitality and technology are integrated rather than treated as separate amenities, creating a headquarters that supports both creative culture and an evolving client offer.
