Teams collaborate regularly, but much of the work also depends on clear, confidential calls. The office therefore needed varied settings for training, breakout sessions and company events alongside controlled acoustics at individual work areas. Staff wellbeing and indoor environmental quality were also central to the brief.

Flexible collaboration spaces are distributed through the workplace so teams can shift between focused work, training and informal exchange. Acoustic treatments manage sound transfer between work areas and reduce disruption from frequent calls. World-class water and air-filtration systems support a healthier working environment. Pacific Prime blue is combined with light timber and textured grey finishes, bringing warmth and identity into the naturally lit office without making the brand colour overwhelming. Client-facing spaces remain professional, while the wider workplace is designed around daily comfort and practical use.
The completed headquarters supports both sides of Pacific Prime’s operation: responsive customer service and active internal collaboration. Acoustic control, flexible shared areas and better environmental systems create a workplace that feels professional for visitors and comfortable for employees.
