As the first of several planned locations, the project needed to be recognisable and repeatable without feeling generic. Within a compact footprint, the plan had to accommodate a classroom, filming studio, bathrooms and utility spaces while giving members somewhere comfortable to meet before and after class.

A tone-on-tone palette of cream and beige, soft curves and natural timber creates a calm, contemporary character connected to MYbarre’s graceful workout style. Organic forms from the visual identity are carried into the architecture, linking the brand and interior. At reception, custom tiered seating becomes the main social feature, while recessed cubbies remove bags and shoes from view and concealed lighting keeps the space warm and uncluttered. The classroom is planned around the user and trainer: integrated smart lighting allows the atmosphere to change during a session, purpose-built cabinets keep equipment accessible, and curved ceiling details, mirrors, engineered timber flooring and custom cream barres give the room a coherent, premium finish.
The finished studio balances performance with hospitality. Every functional element has a clear place, but the experience feels soft, welcoming and social rather than purely transactional. The result gives MYbarre a distinct physical identity and a strong foundation for future locations.
