The mall location required the warmth and craft associated with Luneurs to remain legible within a larger, more commercial environment. Bakery production, product display, customer circulation and seating needed to work together while maintaining the familiar ease of the brand.

Les Halles feels recognisably Luneurs while responding to a different scale and context. The project carries the warmth and everyday sociability of the brand into the mall, creating a destination that works as both bakery and place to spend time.

The interior was developed as a complete architecture and FF&E environment, using material, display and furniture to give the store a more human scale. Production and product remain central to the experience, while the planning supports an intuitive journey between ordering, browsing and sitting. The design continues the brand’s preference for honest materials and carefully resolved details, adapted to the operational demands of the MIXC location.
