A central service island allows customers to collect coffee or ice cream before moving to seating inside or outdoors. A discreet rear door leads to a winding jade-coloured staircase and the second floor, imagined as a bright Parisian apartment. Positioned level with the surrounding trees, the room uses daylight, seasonal views and timber parquet to create a softer residential atmosphere. A further stair leads to the attic, where a small door opens onto a secluded terrace among the treetops. The changing scale and light of each level make circulation part of the experience.
