The restaurant required an efficient flow for ordering, collection and short-stay dining, but it could not feel clinical or purely transactional.

Crisp white surfaces create a bright base, while vibrant yellow accents give the venue visibility and energy. Recycled timber introduces warmth and plant walls reinforce the connection to fresh food. Seating and circulation are arranged to keep movement intuitive during busy periods.
The room feels fresh, warm and straightforward to use. Colour and planting give the fast-casual format personality, while the efficient layout supports the everyday rhythm of a salad bar.
