As the first store in a new chain, the project needed a clear and memorable design language rather than a one-off decorative concept. That language also had to sit comfortably within a shopping-centre environment.

The interior uses a restrained mix of natural and raw finishes to reference Yunnan's landscape and the agricultural origins of coffee. Texture and material variation provide warmth and depth, allowing the product and preparation process to remain central to the room.
The result is a calm, tactile coffee shop with a clear sense of provenance. Its material language gives the brand an identity that feels contemporary while remaining connected to where the coffee comes from.
