Each station needed enough identity to express its particular offer, but the room could not feel fragmented. The design therefore had to balance variety and visual clarity across a 450-square-metre open space.

A consistent material palette of terracotta, terrazzo, green tones, steel mesh and recycled brick ties the stations together. Colourfully illuminated signs give individual counters their own character and introduce the familiarity of vintage market graphics, while repeated materials and details keep the wider space cohesive.
The restaurant feels abundant without becoming chaotic. Guests can read the different food offers easily, while the common palette makes the entire venue feel like one lively Spanish market rather than a collection of unrelated concessions.
